한국부동산원은 3월 31일 실시된 ‘2025년 데이터기반행정 실태 점검 및 평가’에서 우수한 성과를 거두며 2022년부터 4년 연속 최고 등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
이번 평가는 행정안전부가 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 공공기관 등 총 684개 기관을 대상으로 데이터기반행정 정책 이행 수준을 점검하기 위해 실시됐다.
평가 결과 한국부동산원은 ▲데이터 분석·활용 ▲데이터 공유 ▲관리체계 등 3개 영역, 10개 세부 지표 전반에서 고르게 높은 점수를 받아 최상위권에 이름을 올렸다. 특히 올해부터 평가 등급이 기존 3단계에서 5단계로 세분화되고 정성지표 비중이 확대되면서 평가 변별력이 강화된 가운데 거둔 성과라는 점에서 의미를 더했다.
그동안 한국부동산원은 데이터 중심의 의사결정 환경을 구축하고, 전사 협업을 통한 분석·활용 과제 발굴, 유관기관과의 데이터 공유 및 협업 확대, 맞춤형 인공지능(AI)·데이터 교육과정 운영 등을 통해 데이터기반행정 정착에 힘써왔다.
이헌욱 원장은 “이번 평가에서 최고 등급을 획득한 것은 전사적인 데이터 기반 업무 추진 역량의 우수성을 보여주는 결과”라며 “앞으로도 부동산 분야의 전문성과 데이터를 기반으로 정부 정책 지원을 지속 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

The Korea Institute of Real Estate announced that it achieved outstanding results in the ‘2025 Data-Based Administration Status Inspection and Evaluation’ conducted on March 31, earning the highest grade for four consecutive years since 2022.
This evaluation was conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to assess the level of implementation of data-based administration policies across a total of 684 institutions, including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions.
As a result of the evaluation, the Korea Institute of Real Estate ranked among the top tier by receiving consistently high scores across 10 detailed indicators in three areas: data analysis and utilization, data sharing, and management systems. This achievement holds particular significance as it was accomplished amidst enhanced differentiation in evaluations, with the evaluation grading system being subdivided from the existing three levels to five starting this year and the weight of qualitative indicators being increased.
The Korea Real Estate Institute has been striving to establish data-driven administration by building a data-centric decision-making environment, identifying analysis and utilization tasks through company-wide collaboration, expanding data sharing and collaboration with related organizations, and operating customized AI and data training courses.
President Lee Heon-wook stated, "Achieving the highest grade in this evaluation demonstrates the excellence of our company-wide capabilities in promoting data-driven operations," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our support for government policies based on our expertise in the real estate sector and our data."
