【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군농업기술센터는 농산물종합가공센터 이용을 위한 맞춤형 필수 과정인 농산물 가공창업교육 수강생을 이달 1일부터 9일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 증평 지역 거주 농업인을 대상으로 5월 13일부터 8월 26일까지 매주 수요일 14회, 47시간 과정으로 농업기술센터에서 진행된다.
교육 내용은 △농산물 가공창업 인허가 절차 △품목제조보고 △식품위생 관련법규 등 이론교육과 착즙, 농축, 추출 등 가공 장비를 활용한 실습 교육으로 구성됐다.
교육 신청은 신청서와 농업경영체 등록확인서 등 구비서류 지참해 농업기술센터 농촌자원팀으로 방문 접수하면 된다.
