【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 지난달 31일 군청 대회의실에서 2026년 충북도민체육대회의 성공적인 개최를 위해 2차 추진상황 보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 보고회는 지난해 8월 열린 1차 추진상황 보고회 이후 추진 성과를 점검하고, 미흡한 부분에 대한 보완 대책과 향후 실행계획을 구체화하기 위해 마련됐다.
보고회는 조병옥 군수를 비롯한 간부 공무원들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 도민체전추진단 총괄 보고를 시작으로 부서별 주요 추진 과제와 협업 사항을 중심으로 논의가 이뤄졌다.
특히 이번 보고회는 기존 계획을 공유하는 수준을 넘어, 세부 실행계획을 구체화하고 부서 간 협업 체계를 한층 강화하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
이날 회의에서는 경기장 시설 정비, 성화 채화 및 봉송, 개·폐회식 운영, 교통 및 환경정비 등 주요 핵심사업을 중심으로 추진 현황을 점검하고, 사업별 추진 일정과 역할 분담을 보다 명확히 했다.
아울러 기념품 제작·배포와 홍보시설 설치 등 대회 분위기 조성 사업과 함께, 체육 인프라 확충과 도시환경 개선, 지역경제 활성화로 이어지는 파급효과를 극대화하기 위한 실행 방안도 논의됐다.
군은 향후 도민체전추진단을 중심으로 상시 점검 체계를 운영하고, 부서 간 긴밀한 협의를 통해 추진 과정에서의 보완 사항을 지속적으로 개선해 나갈 계획이다.
이창원 도민체전추진단장은 “도민체전 준비가 이제는 계획을 넘어 실행력과 완성도를 높여야 할 단계”라며 “각 부서에서는 책임 있는 자세로 맡은 업무를 추진하고, 협업을 통해 빈틈없는 준비가 이뤄질 수 있도록 노력해달라”고 강조했다.
한편 제65회 충북도민체육대회는 오는 9월 10일부터 12일까지 사흘간 음성종합운동장 등 28개 경기장에서 제20회 충청북도 장애인체육대회는 10월 1일부터 2일까지 이틀간 음성체육관 등 17개 경기장에서 열린다.
