【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 2일 음성읍 행정복지센터에서 ‘제1차 찾아가는 미니 채용박람회’를 개최했다.
이번 박람회에는 ㈜세라에이치티를 비롯해 오뚜기제유㈜, ㈜제일 등 10개 기업이 직접 참여해 69명을 채용하기 위한 현장 면접이 진행됐다. 이날 150여 명의 구직자들은 기업 인사 담당자들과 면접을 진행하며 취업 기회를 모색했다.
특히 다양한 기업의 직종과 전문직에 대한 현장 1:1 면접으로 취업을 희망하는 구직자와 구인 기업의 호응을 얻었다.
구인 업종으로는 △식품제조업의 생산직 △세라믹 건축자재 생산직·경리직 △육가공 포장 업무 △자동자 보수용 페인트 제조 등 다양한 분야 업종의 직무가 포함됐다.
이날 행사에는 음성고용센터, (사)대한노인회 음성군지회, 중장년내일센터, 여성일자리센터 등 유관기관이 참여해 맞춤형 취업 컨설팅, 이력서 작성 코칭, 실업급여 상담, 노인·중장년 일자리 상담도 이뤄졌다.
아울러 이벤트로 타로카드를 통한 취업 상담과 구직자 개인 성향을 찾는 지문적성검사, MBTI 검사도 함께 진행해 참여자들의 만족도를 높였다.
현연호 일자리경제과장은 “이번 미니 채용박람회가 구직자들에게 실질적인 취업의 기회를 제공하고 기업에는 맞춤형 인재를 연결하는 장이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 고용서비스 제공을 통해 지역 일자리 창출과 경제 활성화에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 군은 구인 기업과 구직자에게 더 많은 기회를 제공하기 위해 기존 3회 운영하던 미니채용박람회를 올해 4회로 늘려 운영할 예정이다.
