김재훈 경기도의원, 고립·은둔 청년 지원 점검

경기도의회 여성가족평생교육위원회 소속 김재훈 의원(국민의힘, 안양4)이 고립·은둔 청년 지원사업의 실효성 제고를 위한 정책 전환 필요성을 강조했다.

김재훈 의원은 지난 2일 ‘2026년 경기도 고립·은둔 청년 지원 사업’ 업무보고에 참석해 추진 경과와 향후 계획을 점검했다.

이번 보고에서는 경기도 미래세대재단이 수행 중인 사업의 추진 현황과 수행기관 선정, 향후 운영 계획 등이 논의됐다.

김재훈 의원은 “고립·은둔 청년은 개인별 특성이 다양한 만큼 속도를 고려한 맞춤형 접근이 필요하다”며 “공공기관 등 양질의 일 경험 기회를 확대하고, 단기 성과보다 지속 가능한 사회 복귀를 목표로 정책을 설계해야 한다”고 밝혔다.

이어 “사업의 안정적 운영을 위한 예산 확보와 수행기관 전문성 강화, 지속 가능한 지원 구조 마련이 중요하다”며 정책 보완 필요성을 강조했다.

또 “생애주기별 사회적 고립 대응이 주요 과제로 제시된 만큼 청년을 넘어 중장년까지 지원 범위를 확대할 필요가 있다”며 “생애주기별 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 지원체계를 구축해 사회적 고립 문제에 선제적으로 대응해야 한다”고 말했다.

On the 2nd, Assembly Member Kim attended the work report meeting for the ‘2026 Gyeonggi Province Support Project for Isolated and Reclusive Youth’ to review the progress and future plans.

During the report, the current status of the project being carried out by the Gyeonggi Future Generation Foundation, the selection of implementing agencies, and future operational plans were discussed.

Assembly Member Kim stated, “Since isolated and reclusive youth possess diverse individual characteristics, a customized approach that considers their pace is necessary.” He added, “We must expand opportunities for high-quality work experience, such as at public institutions, and design policies aimed at sustainable social reintegration rather than short-term results.”
