대전시가 최근 중동 정세 불안과 물가 상승 등 복합 위기 속에 민생경제 안정과 시민 안전을 위한 전방위 대응에 나섰다.
이장우 대전시장은 7일 열린 4월 확대간부회의에서 “현재 자영업자와 서민 경제가 심각한 위기에 처해 있다”며 현 상황을 ‘비상 단계’로 규정하고, 전 부서에 총력 대응을 지시했다.
시는 정부의 추가경정예산과 연계한 재정 투입뿐 아니라 자체 예산을 활용한 긴급 지원책을 마련한다. 5월 연휴 기간에는 전통시장·지역 상권을 활성화하기 위한 소비촉진 행사를 확대하고, 소상공인 임대료 완화 및 초저금리 금융 지원을 신속히 집행할 방침이다.
