[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시 오학동지역사회보장협의체는 7일 지역 내 취약계층을 대상으로 산불 예방 교육과 후원물품 나눔을 병행하는 오학 나눔을 잇다 프로그램을 진행했다.
이번 교육은 봄철 건조한 날씨로 인해 산불 발생 위험이 높아진 상황에서 주민들의 안전 의식을 고취하고 실천 수칙을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.
교육은 산불 발생의 주요 원인과 대처 방법, 생활 속 화재 예방법 등을 중심으로 구성됐다. 특히 산행 시 화기물 소지 금지와 쓰레기 무단 투기 금지 등 실생활에서 즉시 적용할 수 있는 수칙을 중점적으로 전달해 주민들이 산불에 대한 경각심을 가질 수 있도록 했다.
이와 함께 지역 상점 및 단체의 협력으로 마련된 후원물품 나눔도 진행됐다. 미트해머, 진고기명가, 황제능이백숙, 파리바게뜨 여주오학점, 여주축협하나로마트, 오학동 통장협의회 등에서 후원한 계란과 갈비탕, 사골곰탕, 빵 등 다양한 식료품이 지역 내 68가구에 전달됐다.
