【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군이 공직자의 법령 이해도를 높이고 변화하는 행정 환경에 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 실무형 법제교육을 실시했다.
군은 지난 7일 올누림센터 4층 강당에서 공무원 100여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년도 상반기 법제처 순회 법제교육’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 법제처가 주관하는 찾아가는 교육 프로그램으로, 인허가 업무 담당자와 신규 공무원 등을 중심으로 행정 현장에서 필요한 법령 해석과 적용 능력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
교육은 △행정기본법 이해 △행정소송 실무 등 두 개 과정으로 진행됐다.
행정기본법 과정에서는 처분·신청·제재 등 행정절차 전반의 핵심 원칙과 주요 제도 변화를 사례 중심으로 설명해 실무 적용도를 높였다.
행정소송 실무 과정에서는 소송 절차와 대응 방법, 문서 작성 요령 등 실제 사건 처리에 필요한 실질적인 내용을 중점적으로 다뤘다.
특히 이번 교육은 단순 이론 전달을 넘어 실제 행정 사례를 기반으로 한 실무 중심 강의로 구성돼 참석자들의 이해도를 높이고 현장 활용도를 끌어올렸다는 평가를 받았다.
군은 이번 교육을 통해 공무원들이 법령을 보다 정확하게 이해하고 행정에 적용함으로써 군민이 체감할 수 있는 신뢰도 높은 행정서비스 제공에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
군 관계자는 “행정의 전문성과 책임성이 강조되는 만큼 법제 역량 강화는 필수”라며 “앞으로도 실무 중심 교육을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
