행정수도 완성·재정 안정화·교통망 확충 등 세종 미래 비전 제시

조상호 세종시장 예비후보가 세종시를 명실상부한 행정수도로 완성하고 인구 80만 규모의 자족도시로 도약시키기 위한 구체적인 로드맵을 내놨다.
