공사는 13일부터 ‘클래식 QR 콘서트’ 서비스를 도입해, 승객이 열차 내 부착된 QR코드를 통해 자율적으로 음악 콘텐츠를 감상할 수 있도록 했다고 밝혔다.
이번 서비스는 최근 열차 내 승객 간 갈등과 소란 사례가 증가하는 상황에서 음악을 통한 심리적 안정과 질서 있는 이용 환경 조성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
시범 운영은 도시철도 1호선 1개 열차를 대상으로 진행되며, 객실 좌석 바닥에 부착된 QR코드를 스마트폰으로 스캔하면 음악 콘텐츠에 접속할 수 있다. 제공되는 클래식 음원은 주기적으로 교체돼 다양한 곡을 즐길 수 있도록 구성된다.
