(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동문화재단이 14일, 2026년 제2회 서창생활문화센터 기획전시로 지역예술대학과 협력한 청년작가전 ‘젊은 소란’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
남동문화재단에 따르면, 이번 전시는 국립인천대학교 조형예술학부와의 업무협약을 기반으로 성사된 공동 기획 전시로, 지역 청년 예술가들의 창작 역량을 조명하고 지역 문화예술 생태계의 활성화를 도모하고자 마련됐다.
‘젊은 소란’은 조형예술학부 소속 학생 18인(김민경, 김민서, 김현진, 류지민, 박우현, 서채원, 신다예, 신효선, 유신해, 유주형, 전다은, 정여운, 정유진, 조민주, 조서윤, 조수린, 조혜연, 홍다원)이 참여하는 전시로, 각기 다른 감각과 시선을 지닌 청년 작가들의 다양한 작업을 한자리에서 선보인다.
이번 전시는 완성된 결과물뿐 아니라, 형성되고 있는 과정으로서의 예술과 청년의 사유, 그리고 동시대의 감각을 담아내는 데 의미를 둔다.
참여 작가들은 먹, 아크릴, 유화 등 다양한 장르를 통해 개인의 내면과 사회적 경험, 감각적 인식 등 내면의 소란스러움을 자유롭게 풀어내고 동시대를 살아가는 청년 세대의 솔직하고 다층적인 목소리를 드러낸다.
서로 다른 작업 방식과 언어가 교차하여 만들어내는 ‘소란’은 단순한 소음이 아닌, 새로운 가능성과 변화의 흐름으로 읽힌다.
전시는 서창어울마당 1층 마주침공간과 2층 일부에서 두 차례에 걸쳐 진행된다.
