【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도 제천교육지원청 특수교육지원센터는 14일 제천 관내 학부모와 교사를 대상으로 긍정적 행동지원 대상자별 연수를 진행했다.
제천교육지원청은 행동중재지원단을 운영하며 학교·가정 컨설팅과 연수, 개별 행동지원 등 다각적 접근을 토대로 행복한 학교생활을 위해 노력하고 있다.
학부모 대상 연수는 나은정 원장(나은아동발달센터)을 초빙하여 ∆ ‘긍정적 훈육과 양육:성장을 향한 나침반과 등대. 문제행동이라는 서툰 신호, 소통이라는 따뜻한 해답’의 주제로 강의하였으며, 교사 대상 연수는 BCBA 임은경 행동분석전문가(공주대학교 발달지원센터)를 초빙하여 ‘New Start, 알아서 잘 돌아가는 학급’을 주제로 학기 초 교실을 바꾸는 학급 운영 의 핵심 전략에 대해 강조하였다.
연수에 참여한 학부모들은 “아이가 보내는 신호를 정확히 해석하지 못해서 아이가 얼마나 답답했을지 강의를 들으며 속상한 마음이었지만, 우리 아이의 행복한 성장을 위해 다시 노력하겠다.”, “양육이라는 틀 안에서 부모들이 고민을 나누고 공감할 수 있어서 좋았다.” 등 강의에 대한 높은 만족도를 나타내었다.
