【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 2026년 종합청렴도 향상과 신뢰받는 교육행정 실현을 위해 <2026년 청렴 충북교육 종합 추진 계획>을 수립하고 본격 추진에 나선다고 밝혔다.
이번 계획은 <청렴으로 여는 미래, 신뢰로 빛나는 충북교육>을 비전으로 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가 우수기관 달성을 목표로 기관장과 고위공직자의 솔선수범을 중심으로 청렴 정책 추진체계를 강화하고, 전 기관이 참여하는 실행 중심 구조를 구축하는 데 초점을 두었다.
교육청은 공사, 현장체험학습, 운동부, 방과후학교, 계약 등 교육 5대 분야를 중심으로 부패 취약 영역을 집중 관리한다. 불법찬조금 근절과 회계부정 예방, 절차 투명성 확보를 위한 제도 개선과 점검을 병행해 현장 체감도를 높일 계획이다.
조직문화 개선도 함께 추진한다. 갑질행위와 특혜 제공 등 관행을 줄이기 위해 상호존중 문화 조성, 조직 온도 1도 올리기 캠페인, 사례 중심 교육을 운영하고, 저연차 공무원과의 소통 확대를 통해 체감형 개선으로 이어가도록 했다.
도민이 참여하는 청렴 정책도 확대한다. <청렴 온(ON)마당> 운영과 청렴 동행단 구성 등을 통해 정책 과정에 의견을 반영하고, 민·관 협력 기반의 청렴 문화를 확산할 계획이다. 부패·공익신고 활성화와 신고자 보호 강화, 공정하고 신속한 사건 처리 체계 구축도 함께 추진한다.
