북구청은 지난 15일 제5기 주니어보드와 간부 공무원이 참여한 ‘우리가 꿈꾸는 공직 생태계 — 나만의 작은 숲속’ 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 사전 카카오 오픈채팅 소통을 시작으로, 팀빌딩 활동과 아이스브레이킹, 이끼 테라리움 만들기 체험 순으로 펼쳐졌다. 참가자들은 조를 이뤄 의견을 주고받으며 자연스럽게 협업하는 시간을 가졌다.
특히 테라리움 만들기 체험은 작은 생태계를 직접 구성하면서 조직 내 조화와 균형의 의미를 다시 생각해보는 시간이었다. 직원들은 식물 관리와 생태 원리에 대한 설명을 들은 뒤, 각자 개성 있는 테라리움을 완성해 서로 작품을 공유했다.
배광식 북구청장은 “젊은 공무원들과 자주 소통해 세대 간 장벽을 낮추고, 함께 성장하는 조직문화를 만들겠다”고 말했다.
