이번 프로그램은 최근 복잡·다양해지는 민원 서비스 수요와 악성 민원 대응 등으로 심리적 부담이 큰 민원담당 공무원들의 스트레스 해소와 정서적 안정을 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 자연과 치유가 어우러진 증평의 대표 웰니스 공간인 좌구산휴양랜드에서 진행되며, 일상 업무에서 잠시 벗어나 몸과 마음을 동시에 돌보는 시간을 제공하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
이날 프로그램은 체험형 힐링 과정 중심으로 구성됐다.
커피 향을 통해 감각을 깨우는 ‘커피향기 속 힐링’ 체험과 숲길을 걸으며 자연 속 휴식을 즐기는 ‘힐링 숲 트래킹’이 진행됐으며, 체험 후에는 족욕과 꽃차 시음 프로그램도 이어졌다.
