【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자= 창의적인 상상력과 올바른 인성을 기르는 인재양성의 요람, 울진 노음초등학교(교장 임진표)가 저학년과 고학년의 두 개의 팀으로 나누어 두 차례에 걸쳐 금강송 숲길 생태 체험 탐방을 떠났다.
그동안 코로나-19로 인해 한정된 공간 속에서 거리두기를 실천해야 했기 때문에 제자리에 머물러 있어야 했지만, 드넓은 숲에서는 내가 원하는 만큼의 공간을 얼마든지 누릴 수 있었다.
화전민 옛길을 따라가며 옛날 조상들의 삶을 엿보고, 산까치의 울음소리와 등반로에 있는 산양의 배설물을 통해 지금 살아 숨쉬는 숲의 기운을 느꼈다.
숲 해설사 님의 설명을 통해 병정소나무, 부채소나무, 낙엽송 등 특색있는 소나무의 모습을 살펴보고 전나무와 소나무의 차이점에 대해 탐구하며 생태 지식을 더했다.
산행 후의 점심식사를 즐기고 금강송테마전시관으로 이동하여 울진의 사계절 정취를 담은 15분 가량의 '숲에 젖어들다' 영상을 감상하며 힐링의 시간을 가졌다.
본 체험 탐방은 노음초등학교의 특색교육3 '산.들.강.바다와 함께 하는 환경교육'을 기반으로 에코 프로젝트와 연계하여 전개했다.
각 학년별로 추진한 화단 가꾸기, 아침 산책, 닭 기르기, 환경 정화, 텃밭 일구기, 멸종위기동물 홍보 등 자연환경에 대해 알고 가꾸고 지키는 프로젝트를 통해 학생들의 생태적 감수성이 형성되었으며 꾸준히 향상되고 있다. <아래는 구글번역기를 사용한 번역기사임>

After the hike, we enjoyed lunch and moved to the Geumgang Song Theme Exhibition Hall, where we had a time of healing while watching a 15-minute video of ‘Immerse yourself in the forest’ of Uljin's four seasons.
This experiential tour was conducted in connection with the eco project based on the characteristic education 3 of Noeum Elementary School, “Environmental education with mountains, fields, rivers, and seas”.
Students' ecological sensibilities have been formed and steadily improved through projects to know, care and protect the natural environment, such as planting flower beds, morning walks, raising chickens, cleaning the environment, gardening, and promoting endangered species.
