울진군(군수 전찬걸)은 오는 9일부터 12일까지 울진연호문화센터에서 울진 문화예술의 한마당 축제인 제10회 울진예술제가 열린다고 8일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 울진예술제는 (사)한국예술문화단체총연합회 울진지회(이하 울진예총, 회장 김경하)가 주관하고 산하 미술협회, 사진협회, 연예인협회, 국악협회, 동아리회원 등 지역의 다양한 분야의 문화예술인들이 참여해 만든다.
행사를 살펴보면 먼저 울진문화센터 2층 전시실에서는 미술협회와 사진협회가 주축이 되어 도자기, 천연염색, 목공예, 규방, 민화가 어우러진 전시회가 열린다. 전시회를 통하여 참여 예술인들에게는 지역 예술 문화 창조의 계기를 마련하고 울진군민들에게는 문화예술을 가깝게 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
또 울진연호문화센터 대강당에서 9일 국악협회 축하공연, 10일 연예인협회 축하공연, 11일 시낭송, 통기타, 드럼 색소폰 등 동아리가 참여하는 페스티벌이 진행된다. 12일에는 2021 울진금강송 가요제가 개최되어 다양한 볼거리가 제공된다.
한편 울진예총은 이번 공연이 대면으로 진행되며, 백신접종 완료자에 한하여 공연장 출입이 가능하다고 했다.
