대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 기린봉사단이 순국선열의 날을 기념하며 봉사활동을 실시했다.
지난 17일 삼성캠퍼스 3T 공원에서 진행된 이번 행사는 대구한의대학교 기린봉사단이 주최?주관하였으며, 대학혁신지원사업과 대구지방보훈청의 후원으로 개최되었다.

행사를 통해 ▲순국선열의 날이란? ▲인물 맞추기 Quiz ▲양자택일 역사시간 ▲채우는 경품퍼즐 ▲역사 넘어 스무고개 등 총 5개의 체험부스가 운영되었으며 대구지방보훈청에서 준비한 ▲순국선열께 감사메시지 쓰기 부스가 운영되어 순국선열의 희생정신과 독립정신을 기리고 이를 기념하는 시간을 가졌다.
봉사활동에 참여한 주연호(의료경영학과 2학년) 학생은 “순국선열을 기리는 뜻 깊은 날을 학우들과 함께 기념하게 되어 매우 기쁘다”면서 “이번 캠페인을 계기로 좀 더 많은 사람들이 순국선열의 날을 기억할 수 있었으면 좋겠다”고 전했다.
신성원 기린봉사단 부단장(대외교류처장)은 “학생들의 의견 제시와 적극적인 참여로 이번 봉사활동이 만들어진 것이 매우 자랑스럽고 기린봉사단이 앞으로도 의미 있는 봉사활동을 수행할 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원하겠다. 또한 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협업을 통해 학생들에게 보훈 가치를 알리는 데 노력하겠다.”고 전했다.
