[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남도교육청(교육감 박종훈)이 교육부와 한국교육개발원에서 주관하는‘2021. 시·도교육청 교원치유지원센터 평가’에서 우수기관으로 선정되었다고 10일 밝혔다.
이로써 경남교육청의 경남행복교권드림센터는 2019년 3월 개관 이후 전국 교원치유지원센터 평가에서 3년 연속 우수기관으로 선정됐다.
□ 센터 운영 인력 확충
센터는 장학관, 장학사, 변호사, 전문상담사, 전문상담교사, 주무관 등 9명으로 구성해 전국 최대 규모이며, 창원 센터 외에 진주에 별도 상담실을 개소해 접근성과 전문성 확보를 위해 도내 전문상담센터 및 심리치료병원 등 26개 외부기관과 지역거점 대학 교수진 3명을 위촉하여 촘촘한 외부 연계망을 구축했다.
□ 예방교육 콘텐츠 18종 개발
교육활동 침해행위 예방교육이 의무화됨에 따라 학교 담당자의 업무부담을 경감하고, 교육공동체의 교육활동 보호 역량 강화와 상호 존중하는 학교문화를 위해 맞춤형 동영상 콘텐츠 7종 18편을 제작해 보급하였으며 콘텐츠 시나리오 작성부터 출연까지 경남의 현직 교사들이 직접 참여해 현장의 요구와 선호도를 높였다.
□ 수업방해 해결 프로그램 이음교실 운영
경남교육청은 수업방해에 대한 사후 처벌적 접근에서 벗어나 근본적인 발생 원인을 줄이기 위해 ‘이음교실’을 운영하고 이음교실을 존중과 배려의 수업 문화 조성을 위한 예방 활동과 행동 원인에 따른 맞춤형 지원으로 관계 회복과 배움, 성장에 중점을 두는 교육활동 및 학습권 보호 프로그램이다. 이음교실 선도학교를 2020학년도 10개교에서 2021학년도 25개교, 2022학년도 100개교로 확대 운영한다.
이외숙 학교혁신과장은 “선생님이 행복해야 학생도 행복하다는 철학에 따라 교육활동 침해로 고통받는 현장의 선생님들을 위한 구체적이고 실효성 있는 방안을 고심하며 지원에 최선을 다한 결과라고 생각한다.”고 말했다.
