울진군, 후계농업경영인 희망자 신청.접수

울진군(군수 전찬걸)은 오는 27일부터 내년 1월 28일까지 2022년 후계농업경영인 희망자 신청을 받는다고 22일 밝혔다.

울진군에 따르면 후계농업경영인은 현재까지 총 400명이상이 선정되어 활동 중이며, (사)한농연울진군연합회(회장 최웅열)에 가입되어 지역농업의 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다.

후계농업경영인 신청자격은 ①만18세 이상 ~ 만50세 미만 (1971.1.1. ~ 2004.12.31.) ②영농에 종사한 경력이 없거나 10년 이하 ③병역필 또는 미필자도 신청은 가능하나, 후계농 자금 대출은 군 복무 완료 후 신청가능 ④평가항목에 의거 농업교육평가는 대학의 농업 관련 학과나 농업계 고등학교를 졸업하였거나 시장·군수·구청장이 인정한 농업관련 교육을 일정시간(1~100시간이상, 차등적배점)이상 이수한 자 이며 상기 요건을 모두 충족하여야 한다.

후계농 육성사업은 융자사업으로 세대당 최대3억원까지 융자가 가능하며 연리2%에 5년거치 10년 분할상환 조건으로 선정 후 5년안에 사업계획에 근거하여 신청자금을 사용할 수 있다.

다만, 자금신청은 최초 자금대출연도에서 다음연도 12.31일까지 완료해야 한다.

황증호 울진군농업기술센터소장은“코로나19 장기화로 침체된 농업?농촌에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 적극적으로 후계농업경영인을 육성해 나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.
