경남도의회, 인사권독립 첫 임용장 수여

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도의회는 11일 인사권 독립 원년을 기념하여 의회사무처 사무직원 126명에 대해 임용장을 수여했다.

경상남도의회는 지방자치법 개정에 따른 인사권독립 시행(2022.1.13.) 준비를 위해 자치의회준비TF를 신설하여 조직체계를 정비(소통홍보담당관, 소통담당, 인사교육담당, 청사관리담당 신설, 17명 증원) 하였다.

도의회 의장단과 임명장을 받은 도의회 직원들은 안정적·지속적으로 의정활동지원이 가능해짐에 따라 도의회 전문성을 더욱 높이고 도민 중심의 자치의회를 실현하겠다고 다짐했다.

김하용 의장은“도의회가 도민의 대의기관으로써 역할을 다할 수 있도록 적극적인 자세로 사명감을 가지고, 오직 도민의 입장에서 경남발전을 위해 무슨 일을 할 것인지 고민하고 각오를 새롭게 다져주기를 바란다”고 당부했다.
