올해 의회는 ▲지방의회 인사권 독립 ▲창원특례시의회 출범 ▲정책지원관 도입 ▲주민조례발안제 도입 ▲제8회 전국동시지방선거 등 의정환경에 큰 변화를 마주하고 있다.

이날 임용장을 받은 의회 공무원 50명은 13일 제111회 임시회를 시작으로 의원들의 적극적인 의정활동 지원은 물론 창원특례시의회의 안정적인 운영에 집중할 예정이다.
