브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당, 윤석열 국민의힘, 안철수 국민의당, 심상정 정의당 대선후보간 4자 TV토론이 3일 지상파 3사를 통해 생방송 된다.
KBS·MBC·SBS 등 방송3사 합동 초청으로 이뤄진 이번 토론회는 이날 오후 8~10시까지 두 시간 동안 KBS 스튜디오에서 진행된다. 진행은 정관용 국민대 특임교수가 맡았다.
특히 대선이 34일 앞으로 다가온 가운데 치러지는 첫 TV토론이어서 대선 최대 변수가 될 전망이다.
후보들은 먼저 '부동산'과 '외교·안보'를 주제로 각각 총 20분씩 주제토론을 한다. 주제토론에서는 후보 1인당 질문과 답변을 합쳐 5분만 발언할 수 있는 총량제가 적용된다.
이어 '일자리·성장' 주제와 후보들이 정하는 자유 주제로 각각 총 28분씩 주도권 토론을 진행한다. 후보당 7분씩 주도권을 갖고, 최소 2명의 상대 후보에게 질문하는 방식으로 진행된다.
토론회에선 '2강'으로 불리는 이재명 후보와 윤석열 후보간 공방에 가장 눈길이 쏠리고 있다. 이들은 현재 대다수의 여론조사 결과에서 오차범위 내 격차만 보이는 등 초접전 양상이다.
한편 이날 후보들은 대체로 다른 일정을 잡지 않고 토론 준비에 많은 시간을 할애할 예정이다.
