울진군은 관내 축산농가를 대상으로 농업기술센터 농업환경관리실에서 퇴비 부숙도 검사를 무료로 실시한다고 18일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 지난해 3월 25일부터 퇴비 부숙도 검사 의무화 제도가 본격적으로 시행됨에 따라 축산농장에서 퇴비를 반출할 때에는 반드시 퇴비 부숙도 검사를 실시해야 하며, 이를 따르지 않으면 최대 200만원의 과태료 처분을 받을 수 있어 농가의 주의가 필요하다.
부숙도 검사주기는 가축분뇨 배출시설 허가농가(한우 900㎡ 이상)는 1년에 2회, 신고농가는 1년에 1회이며, 가축분 퇴비를 농경지에 살포시 축사면적 1,500㎡이상 농가는 부숙 후기 또는 부숙 완료, 1,500㎡미만은 부숙 중기 이상으로 부숙하여야 한다.
퇴비부숙도 검사를 희망하는 농가는 여러 지점에서 채취한 퇴비 500g정도를 잘 혼합하여 비닐봉투에 담아 밀봉하고, 24시간 이내에 농업기술센터로 가져오면 검사결과를 발급받을 수 있으며, 검사결과는 검사한 날부터 3년간 보관해야 하며 자세한 사항은 울진군농업기술센터 식량작물팀으로 문의하면 된다.
황증호 농업기술센터 소장은 “부숙도 검사제도 미 준수 농가는 행정처분 등의 불이익을 받을 수 있으므로 가축분뇨 교반관리를 강화하고 적시에 반드시 부숙도 검사를 받아서 품질 좋은 퇴비를 생산할 수 있도록 축산 농가들의 적극적인 동참을 당부드린다”고 전했다.
