[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 행정안전부는 지난해 지방자치단체 현장에서 이루어진 규제혁신 우수사례를 담은 '2021년 지방규제혁신 우수사례집' ‘더 나은 변화를 위한 오늘의 혁신’을 21일 발간했다고 밝혔다.
이번 사례집은 지자체가 국민의 생각에서 출발하여 지역을 변화시킨 6개 분야 30건의 규제혁신사례가 수록되어 있다.
'공공협력 지역상생' 분야에서는 통영시가 시행한 ‘전국 최초 도.농복합 택시 복합할증제 전면해제’ 등의 사례가 수록되었는데 통영시는 택시운송업자와 지역주민간의 협업을 통해 1995년 이후 25년간 이어져 온 ‘택시 복합할증제’를 해제하고 비대면 택시요금 결제시스템을 도입하는 등 택시업계와 주민상생형 모델을 창출했다.

'제도개선 지역활성화' 분야에서는 경상남도가 ‘구도심 활성화와 청년.신혼주택 반값공급을 한번에!’ 등 3건의 사례가 수록되었다.
