브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 건축디자인그룹 신우건축디자인이 오는 3월 단독주택 브랜드 ‘카사비앙카’를 본격 런칭한다고 28일 밝혔다.
카사비앙카는 ‘단독주택에 대한 로망’을 재해석한 주택 브랜드로, 천편일률적인 평형대별 주택디자인과 달리 프로방스, 지중해, 모던 스타일 등 건축주의 취향에 따라 각양각색의 디자인으로 완성된다.
제2의 삶을 준비하는 은퇴자, 차별화된 주택디자인을 찾는 젊은 3040세대에 이르기까지 모두가 원하는 주택을 디자인하는 것이 카사비앙카의 목표라고 회사 관계자는 설명했다.
카사비앙카의 파사드 디자인은 직선의 단순함을 기반으로 부드러운 곡선과의 조화에서 출발한다. 여기에 중정, 한옥의 처마, 기둥 등 다양한 디자인 소재를 적극 활용해 일반 단독주택과 차별화된 정체성을 드러낸다. 주택의 내부는 효율적인 연결과 분절, 공간의 비움과 채움으로 마치 휴양지의 고급 주택을 연상케 한다. 조명, 벽지, 바닥재 등 마감재도 좋은 휴식에 어울리는 편안한 컬러와 건강한 소재를 적용한다.
신우건축디자인 관계자는 "카사비앙카는 폭넓은 디자인 스펙트럼을 통해 새로운 단독주택 문화를 만들어갈 계획"이라며 "카사비앙카를 통해 신우건축디자인의 유니크한 주택디자인을 엿볼 수 있다"고 전했다.
