[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원시는 진해구 태백동 산52-1번지 장복산 일대에 기존 데크로드 시설을 정비하고, 성큼 다가온 봄철 많은 시민들이 찾을 등산로 정비를 맞쳤다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번에 시설 정비한 데크로드는 총연장 1.3㎞의 창원편백 치유의 숲 어울림길 가운데 135m 구간으로 작년 여름 집중호우로 일부 구간이 이용 중단됐으나, 지난 1월부터 3월 11일까지 사업비 1억2천만 원을 들여 정비사업을 완료했다.
시민들의 이용 편의를 위해 방향표지판 2개소, 보행매트 45m, 등의자 2개소, 미끄러방지 시설도 함께 설치하여 안전하고 편리하게 장복산 편백숲을 걸을 수 있도록 재정비했다.
