[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 서일준 국회의원은 토지·건물 등 각종 등기와 관련된 업무의 신청을 원하는 민원인들 업무의 편의성을 높여주는‘부동산등기법 일부개정법률안’을 대표 발의했다고 18일 밝혔다.
현행법상 등기 신청인이 신청한 등기가 그 등기소의 관할이 아니면 등기가 각하되고, 인터넷 등 전자적방법을 이용한 이의신청을 할 수 없어 등기신청 민원인들의 불편이 끊이질 않았다.
이에 서 의원은 등기관이 관할이 아닌 등기신청을 받은 경우, 지체없이 관할 등기소로 이관하고, 등기 신청인들이 전자적방법을 이용한 등기 이의신청이 가능하도록 하여 국민들의 등기업무 편리성을 높이고자 하였다.
서일준 의원은 “행정은 늘 국민의 관점에서 바라보고 국민이 불편함이 없도록 개선의 노력을 끊임없이 해야 한다”며 “앞으로도 각종 민원 업무를 함에 있어 국민들이 국가기관으로부터 항상 편리하고 질 높은 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 제도개선에 앞장 설 것”이라고 말했다.
