울진군은 오는 5월 2일까지 2021년 귀속 법인지방소득세 신고ㆍ납부를 받는다고 4일 밝혔다.

신고대상은 2021년 12월 결산법인으로 영리법인, 수익사업을 영위하는 비영리법인, 국내원천소득이 있는 외국법인 등이며, 5월 2일까지 위택스를 통해 전자신고하거나 사업장 소재지인 울진군청 재무과를 방문해 서면신고 또는 우편신고도 가능하다.
둘 이상의 지방자치단체에 사업장이 있는 법인은 각 사업장별로 안분하여 신고하여야 하며, 안분대상 법인이 본점 지방자치단체에만 신고할 경우 무신고 가산세가 부과되므로 각별한 주의가 필요하다.
군은 코로나19로 인한 운영시간 제한이나 산불 피해를 입은 중소기업을 지원하기 위해 법인지방소득세 납부기한을 기존 4월 말에서 7월말까지 3개월 직권연장하기로 했다.
다만, 직권연장 대상 기업이더라도 납부기한에 한해 연장하므로 신고기한 내에 신고를 마쳐야 하며, 그 밖에 코로나19 등으로 경영에 어려움을 겪고 있는 법인은 4월 27일까지 피해를 입증할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 납부기한 연장 신청이 가능하다.
아울러 올해는 중소기업 소급공제 대상기간이 직전 2년으로 한시적 확대되며, 지방세법 개정에 따라 지난해뿐만 아니라 그 전년도에 납부한 세금에 대해서도 환급받을 수 있다.
김중만 재무과장은 “이번 납부기한 연장지원으로 어려운 중소기업의 세 부담 완화에 도움이 되길 바라며, 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 가급적 방문신고를 자제하고 위택스 전자신고를 부탁드린다”고 전했다.
