[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 도내 436만6천여 필지에 대한 2022년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 29일 공시한다.
올해 경남의 공시지가는 전년대비 7.66% 상승했으나, 지난해 9.95%보다 2.29%p 낮으며 전국 평균 개별공시지가 상승률인 9.93%보다 2.27%p 낮다.
이는 전국에서 가장 낮은 상승률로 제조업 중심의 산업 경기 불황이 원인으로 보인다.
도내 공시지가가 가장 높게 상승한 시군은 남해군으로 4년 연속 최고 상승률을 보이고 있으며 올해 상승률은 10.90%이다. 남해군은 국도 확포장 공사와 같은 공익사업 등으로 전망 좋은 주택 및 펜션 신축이 활발히 이루어지고 특히 남해-여수 해저터널 건설의 기대효과가 공시지가 상승에 크게 작용한 것으로 보인다.
