브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 오세훈 국민의힘 서울시장 후보는 29일 "나라 살림을 쉽게 생각하고 책임질 수 없는 말을 투표 직전에 마구 해댄다"며 김포공항 이전 공약을 내세운 이재명 계양을 국회의원 후보와 송영길 서울시장 후보를 맹비판했다.
오세훈 후보는 이날 광진구 유세 현장에서 "민주당이 하는 행태가 조금씩 바닥을 드러내는 것 같다. 인천 국회의원과 서울시장 자격이 없는 게 아니라 정치권에서 퇴출해야 한다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
오 후보는 앞으로 드론택시 등이 등장한다면 김포공항의 역할이 더욱 중요해진다며 민주당 후보들의 주장에 반박했다. 또한 민주당 후보들이 KTX를 제주도까지 연결하자고 제안한데 대해서도 "10~20년은 더 걸려야 가능한 일"이라고 꼬집었다.
오세훈 후보는 그러면서 "한 분은 하마터면 대통령이 될뻔한 분이었고, 또 한 분은 민주당 대표를 2년 가까이 했던 분이다. 정말 큰일이 날 뻔했다. 이런 분들이 나라를 이끄는 반열에 올라섰다는 게 아찔한 생각이 든다"고 꼬집었다.
한편 오세훈 후보는 이날 서울 시내 숲세권·수(水)세권 조성 계획을 담은 '녹지생태도시 서울' 공약을 발표했다. 건축규제를 완화해 고밀·복합개발을 확대하고, 여기서 얻는 공공기여를 통해 공원과 녹지를 확충해 서울 사대문 안 도심 녹지율을 4배로 높이겠다는 계획이다.
종묘~퇴계로 일대부터 재정비를 시작으로 동서로는 광화문에서 동대문까지, 남북으로는 율곡로에서 퇴계로까지 녹지생태공간 조성을 단계적으로 추진한다는 복안이다.
장기 미집행 도시공원 등을 활용한 생활밀착형 공원은 올해 북악산근린공원 등 14개소 착공을 시작으로, 2026년까지 자치구별로 1개소 이상 조성하겠다고 발표했다. 대규모의 용산공원은 윤석열 정부와 협력해 국제적 생태공원으로 재탄생 시키겠다고 했다.
오세훈 후보는 아울러 총 75개소, 약 332㎞에 달하는 서울 시내 실개천과 소하천을 깨끗하게 정비해 서울 전역을 수변감성도시로 만들겠다고 밝혔다. 간선도로 및 지상철도 지하화와 둘레길 2.0 구축도 약속했다.
