파주시는 오는 7월 7일부터 9일까지 운정행정복지센터 대공연장에서 시립예술단의 정기공연 뮤지컬 ‘더 그루브맨’ 공연을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 공연은 승진을 앞둔 샐러리맨이 그동안 꿈꿔왔던 뮤지컬 작품을 무대에 올리기 위해 사표를 던지고 고군분투하는 과정을 그린 내용으로, 한바탕 신나게 웃고 즐길 수 있는 쇼 코미디 뮤지컬을 선보일 예정이다.

공연 티켓은 30일 오후 2시부터 파주도시관광공사 홈페이지에서 무료로 예매할 수 있다.
이귀순 문화예술과장은 “이번 뮤지컬 공연을 통해 코로나19로 공연을 바라던 시민들의 갈증이 해소되고, 더위를 날리는 시원한 시간이 선사되길 기대한다”고 말했다.파주=박정호기자
