브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= LH는 지난 달 30일 입주자모집 공고를 시작으로 오는 11일부터 행복주택 1780호에 대한 청약접수를 실시한다고 4일 밝혔다.
‘행복주택’은 대학생·청년·신혼부부 등 젊은 층에게 시세대비 60~80% 수준으로 저렴하게 공급되는 임대주택이다.
공급대상은 수도권 4곳 1594호와 지방권 4곳 186호로, 전국 8개 지구 1780호이다.
LH는 이번 공고를 통해 신혼희망타운 행복주택과 중소기업근로자 행복주택, 청년·신혼부부 및 고령자 등을 위한 일반형 행복주택을 수도권 4개 지역에 공급하고, 지방 3개 지역에는 일반형 행복주택을 공급한다.
주요 단지로는 시흥장현 신혼희망타운 행복주택과, 화성동탄2 중소기업근로자 행복주택 등이다.
시흥장현 A-9(410호) 신혼희망타운 행복주택은 특급 교통망과 행정타운까지 모두 갖춘 시흥장현 지구 내에 위치해 시흥시 인근 지역 신혼부부들이 주목하고 있다.
