코레일테크 환경사업본부는 6일 전국 역·차량환경 사업소장을 대상으로 ‘2022년도 상반기 사업소장 안전 및 직무역량 강화 워크숍’을 개최했다.
이번 워크숍은 ▲위험성 평가 절차 및 방법과 주요사례 교육 ▲현장 노무관리 역량 강화를 위한 근로기준법 교육 ▲서비스 품질 평가 체계 및 사업별 이행실태점검 결과 안내를 위해 마련됐다.
아울러 교육 후에는 현장 관리체계 개선과 현장 관리 효율화를 주제로 논의하는 자리를 가졌다.
임재익 대표이사는 “코로나19로 인해 진행하지 못했던 워크숍을 개최하게 되어 기쁘다”며 “이번 워크숍이 고객과 직원의 안전 확보와 현장 관리를 위한 역량 강화에 좋은 기회가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
