파주시 운정3동(동장 천유경)은 지난 6일 훈장골 파주점(운정3동 소재)과 관내 취약계층 가구를 돕기 위한 정기후원 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이날 협약식에는 운정3동장, 권영세 지역사회보장협의체 위원장, 한준성 훈장골 파주점 대표가 참석했으며, 한준성 훈장골 파주점 대표는 매월 양념돼지갈비 50팩(100인분)을 기부할 것을 약정했다.

시는 기부자의 뜻에 따라 기탁된 물품은 관내 복지사각지대, 장애인, 한부모 가정, 독거어르신 등에 전달할 예정이다.
한준성 훈장골 파주점 대표는 “코로나19로 힘든 시기가 있었지만 지역사회에서 많은 사랑을 받아오고 있어 항상 감사하게 생각한다”며, “어려운 이웃을 위해 조금이나마 나눌 수 있게 되어 기쁘다“고 말했다.
이에 천유경 운정3동장은 “지역사회 소외계층에 대한 애정과 관심을 보내주셔서 더불어 살아가는 사회 분위기 조성에 많은 힘이 되고 있다”고 말했다.
한편, 훈장골 파주점에서는 2018년부터 2020년까지 관내 어려운 가구를 돕기 위해 매달 정기후원을 해왔으며, 코로나로 어려운 시기를 지나 올해 7월부터 다시 나눔 활동을 시작했다.파주=박정호기자
