한국특수교육재단 대회의실에서 지난 18일한국공인탐정협회/㈜에스피아탐정경호법인 하금석 회장과 ㈜비젼TV방송뉴스/파주오디세이더테라스뷰(관리단) 윤택상 대표는 탐정업무 수행과 학술 연구개발 및 경호·경비 용역, 일자리 창출 등 상호 발전에 공동 노력을 위한 업무제휴 협약식을 거행하였다.
양 기관은 PIA회원들이 탐정업무 경호. 경비 상호 전문적이고 발전적인 도약을 위하여 업무협약을 체결하였으며 이 자리에는 하금석 한국공인탐정협회 회장, 윤택상 ㈜비젼TV방송뉴스/파주오디세이더테라스뷰(관리단) 대표 등 여러 관계자들이 참석하여 두 단체의 협약을 축하하였다.

이번 협약을 통해 한국공인탐정협회/㈜에스피아탐정경호법인과 ㈜비젼TV방송뉴스/파주오디세이더테라스뷰(관리단)은 21C 새로운 유망직업으로 주목받고 있는 탐정 분야를 대중적, 실무적으로 더욱 단단하게 발전시키는데 노력을 함께 하며 또한 경호·경비 용역, 일자리 창출에 기여하도록 노력할 계획이다.
또한 한국공인탐정협회/㈜에스피아탐정경호법인과 ㈜비젼TV방송뉴스/파주오디세이더테라스뷰(관리단)은 사설탐정사 분야 우수인력 개발, 프로그램 개발 및 지원을 기반으로 하는 탐정 교육에 대한 전반적인 연구, 공인탐정 법제화 추진, 기타 상호 협의에 의한 공동 연구를 통해 체계화되고 신뢰할 수 있는 탐정분야의 기반을 다질 예정이다.

한국공인탐정협회는 우리나라 탐정 민간조사 분야에서 가장 오랜 전통과 역사를 가지고 있으며 국내외 관련기관 단체와 협력체계를 구축하여 한국의 탐정 제도 및 학술연구 개발은 물론 전문교육 등 한국탐정제도 도입을 위해 22년간 탐정업 법제화 추진에 노력하고 있고, 한국특수교육재단/한국공인탐정협회는 자격기본법에 의거 한국직업능력연구원에 등록(제2009-1호)된 PIA사설탐정사 자격취득 과정을 대학교 대학원 최고경영자과정, 일반 공개시험과정을 통해 탐정 민간조사 전문인력을 양성해오고 있으며 국내 최다배출 약 8000명에 육박하는 취득자를 배출하여 각 전문 분야에서 활동을 하도록 하고 있다.
