[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 폭염주의보가 내려진 3일 창원시는 담당부서인 안전건설교통국의 지휘 아래 폭염에 대비 취약계층을 찾아 폭염 관련 안전 지침을 전달하고 폭염에 잘 대응해 줄 것을 당부했다.
시는 연일 30도를 넘나드는 날씨에 혹시라도 있을 안전사고를 대비하고자 촉각을 곤두세우고 있는 창원시는 더위를 피할 곳을 사전에 공지하고 그래도 있을지 모를 폭염에 대비 관할 소방서, 구청, 각 마을 자율 방제단 등을 통해 만반의 준비를 기해 줄 것을 당부했다.
특히 건설현장에서는 이른 새벽 5시부터 일을 시작해 폭염이 시작되기 전인 오전 11시경에 퇴근을 하는 등 탄력적인 근무를 통해 폭염에 대응 하고 있다. 하지만 현장에 따라 그러지 못하는 곳은 폭염이 시작되는 오후 1시부터 5시까지는 가급적 근무를 피하게 하는 등의 권고를 하고 있다.
