고양시가 과학기술정보통신부가 주관하고 한국지능정보사회진흥원이 추진하는 ‘2022년 인공지능 학습용 데이터 구축사업’에 지난해에 이어 2년 연속 선정되었다.

첫 번째 사업은 「AI 기반 아동 미술심리 진단을 위한 그림데이터 구축 사업」이다.
아동의 심리 상태를 인공지능 기술을 이용해서 진단하는 서비스로 코로나19 장기화로 우울감, 무기력감을 느끼는 아동의 심리 상태를 빠르게 진단하고 전문가와의 연계를 가능하게 해 아동의 건강한 마음 성장을 도울 예정이다.
두 번째 사업은 「어린이 음성/맥락 인식률 향상을 위한 방송 음성 및 자연어 처리 학습용 데이터 사업」이다.
영상 교육 콘텐츠에 자막을 자동으로 생성하는 인공지능을 구축하기 위한 사업으로 사업이 완료되면 자막이 필요한 장애인, 다문화가족 아동에게 양질의 교육 영상을 제공하고 고양시 특화산업인 영상산업 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
시 관계자는 “과제의 사업비 중 약 12억원을 크라우드 워커 인건비로 책정했다. 고양시민을 우선 채용해 경력단절 여성, 청년 등 취업 취약계층에게 일자리를 제공하는 것에도 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.고양=박정호기자
