[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도는 29일 ‘공동주택관리 통합플랫폼 중간보고회’를 개최하고 지난해부터 추진 중인 공동주택관리 통합플랫폼 구축을 본격적으로 시행한다고 밝혔다.
이날 보고회는 경남도 도시주택국장, 건축주택과장, 18개 시·군 실무담당자, 경남연구원, 전문용역 업체 등이 참여한 가운데, 추진사항 보고와 의견수렴 등으로 진행됐다.
특히 실무자 업무 협의를 통해 전 시·군의 의견을 적극 수렴하고 사업의 추진 방향, 시스템 구성 방안, 시범단지 선정 및 시범운영 등 사업을 보다 구체적이고 효율적으로 구축하기 위한 방안을 논의했다.
‘경상남도 공동주택관리 통합플랫폼’은 건설에서부터 준공, 입주, 관리 등 공동주택 전 생애에 걸쳐 투명하고 효율적인 자율관리체계가 필요하다는 사회적 요구에 대응하기 위해 연구용역을 진행해, 통합플랫폼의 주요기능과 세부 추진방안을 수립했으며 올해는 지난해 수립된 연구용역 결과에 따라 2023년 2월까지 본격적으로 시스템을 구축한다.
특히 경남도는 공동주택 관리주체와 공동주택에 살고 있는 입주민, 소유자가 사용하기 편리한 플랫폼 개발을 올해의 사업목표로 계획하고 실무적인 자문과 협업을 위한 공동주택정책 특별팀을 구성했다.
특별팀은 정보화분야, 공동주택관리, 마을공동체, 주택관리사, 시·군 등 유관 부서·기관·단체의 전문가들이 참여한다.
‘공동주택관리 통합플랫폼’이 구축되면 관리주체 등은 전자문서 전자투표, 공문서 유통 등의 표준화된 업무 지원 시스템을 사용할 수 있고 기존 유지관리 이력 또한 쉽게 알 수 있어 효율적인 관리가 가능해진다.
또한 입주자는 자신이 살고 있는 아파트에 관한 정보를 쉽게 알 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 관리 상황을 실시간으로 알 수 있게 된다.
