[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 9월 1일부터 9월 6일까지 추석을 맞아 대형건축공사장 근로자 임금 체불 방지와 주변 환경정비 및 안전사고 예방을 위한 점검을 실시한다고 30일 밝혔다.

최재안 환경도시국장은 “최근 원자재값 상승 등으로 건설경기가 둔화 되면서 어려움을 겪는 영세업체나 건설근로자들이 늘고 있다”며 “근로자 임금 적기 지급으로 상생하는 훈훈하고 안전한 명절 연휴를 맞이할 수 있도록 대형업체들을 중심으로 적극적인 협조를 당부드린다”고 말했다.
