[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 18세 이상 성인 1·2차 미접종자를 대상으로 국산 1호 ‘스카이코비원’ 백신 접종을 시행한다고 1일 밝혔다.
스카이코비원은 화이자나 모더나 백신과 달리 독감이나 B형 간염 등 장기간 유효성이 입증된 유전자 재조합 방식으로 만들어졌으며, 면역반응 강화 및 중화항체 유도를 위해 면역증강제가 혼합된 백신이다.
또한, 바이러스의 감염을 방어하는 능력이 델타주, 오미크론주 보다 각각 27배, 10배 높게 나타났으며, 백신 접종 후 이상반응이 접종 부위 통증, 피로감, 근육통, 두통 등 대부분 경증 또는 중등증으로 접종 후 3일 이내 소실되는 등 안전성이 강화됐다.
