진흥기업 서초동 일원 277억원 규모의 가로주택정비사업 수주에 이어, 최근 서초교대타운 가로주택정비사업 시공사로 선정되며 360억원 규모의 가로주택정비사업을 수주했다.
서초교대타운 가로주택정비사업은 지하 4층, 지상 18층의 아파트를 신축하는 사업으로, 서울 지하철 2호선과 3호선 환승역인 교대역이 도보 3분 거리에 위치해 있다.
진흥기업 관계자는 “입지 조건이 우수한 소규모 정비사업을 적극적으로 발굴할 것”이라며 향후 서울 주요 지역 도시정비사업에 대한 적극적인 참여 의사를 내비쳤다.
한편, 진흥기업은 지난 7월 국토교통부에서 실시한 ‘2022년도 건설사업자간 상호협력평가’에서 최우수 건설업체로 선정됐으며, 지난 5월 품질에 대한 기술력과 안전관리 역량을 인정받아 한국주택공사(LH) 주거부문 우수시공 업체로 선정된 바 있다.
또한, 대한건설협회에서 발표한 ‘2022년 시공능력평가액’순위에서도 턴어라운드에 성공한 안정적인 재무지표를 바탕으로 전년도 56위(6439억)에서 4계단 상승한 52위(7541억)를 달성했다.
