이번 대회에는 박형수 국회의원, 손병복 울진군수, 임승필 울진군의회 의장, 김원석 도의원 등이 대회장을 찾아 축하메세지를 전했으며 참가선수들은 그동안 갈고닦은 기량을 마음껏 발휘하며 자웅을 겨뤘다.

700여명의 선수가 참가한 이번 대회에서는 엽이와아이들tvA, 정경옥탁구클럽, 울진군탁구협회3B, 조창래탁구클럽 등이 단체전 우승을 차지했다.

손병복 군수는“이번 탁구대회가 탁구 동호인 간 교류와 우호증진에 더욱 도움이 되고, 탁구가 일상의 건전한 여가문화로 더욱 자리 잡기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
