브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL이앤씨는 7일 보도자료를 통해 부산 ‘촉진3구역 주택재개발정비사업’ 시공사로 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 부산시민공원 촉진3구역 주택재개발정비사업조합은 지난 6일 개최한 시공사 선정총회에서 DL이앤씨를 시공사로 최종 선정했다.
부산시 진구 범전동 일원에 있는 촉진3구역은 2020년 부산시로부터 ‘특별건축구역 1호’로 지정된 곳이다. 총 공사금액은 1조6073억원이며, DL이앤씨가 단독으로 시공한다.
DL이앤씨는 자사의 하이엔드 브랜드 ‘아크로(ACRO)’에 세계에서 가장 높은 히말라야 산맥 ‘로체산(Lhotse)’의 의미를 더한 ‘아크로 라로체(ACRO Laroche)’를 단지명으로 제안했다.
DL이앤씨는 촉진3구역을 최고 60층 아파트 18개 동, 총 3554가구와 그에 걸맞는 규모의 부대복리시설이 갖춰진 대단지 브랜드 타운으로 탈바꿈시킬 계획이다.
한편, DL이앤씨는 이번 수주를 통해 올해 도시정비 및 리모델링 사업에서 총 4조2317억원의 누적 수주액을 달성했다. 2016년 달성한 3조 3848억원을 넘어선 역대 최대 실적이다.
