브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 푸르밀 노사가 직원 30% 감원에 합의하고 사업을 유지하기로 결정했다.
앞서 푸르밀은 이달 30일자로 사업을 종료하겠다고 직원들에게 통보, 노사가 첨예하게 대립하며, 4차례 교섭을 진행한 바있다.
푸르밀은 10일 대국민 호소문을 발표하며 “사업 종료만은 막고 어려움을 최소화 해달라는 요청이 많았다”며 “회사는 비상대책위원회를 구성해 비상경영계획을 수립하는 한편 노동조합의 뼈를 깎는 희생과 도움으로 구조조정 합의에 이르게 됐다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “기존에 발표한 11월 30일부 사업종료를 전격 철회하고 슬림화된 구조하에 갖춰진 효율성을 바탕으로 회사의 영업을 정상화할 것”이라며 “푸르밀에 대한 미움을 거둬주고 지속적인 관심과 애정 어린 시선으로 바라봐달라”고 덧붙였다.
