브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 국내 최대 재건축 사업장으로 불리는 둔촌주공아파트의 3.3㎡(1평)당 평균 분양가가 3829만원 수준으로 책정됐다.
16일 서울 강동구청과 둔촌주공 재건축 조합 등에 따르면 구청 분양가심의위원회는 둔촌주공아파트(올림픽파크포레온)의 일반분양가를 3.3㎡당 3829만원으로 통보했다.
조합측은 앞서 3.3㎡당 평균 희망 분양가를 4180만원으로 책정했으나, 심의 과정에서 소폭 낮아졌다. 하지만 조합측은 이를 받아들였으며 빠른 시일 내 입주자 모집 공고에 나설 예정이다.
이에 따라 전용면적 84㎡(25.4평) 분양가는 13억~13억5000만원선, 전용면적 59㎡(17.8평)의 분양가는 9억3000만~9억6000만원선으로 예상된다.
중도금 대출의 경우, 최근 정부가 대출 기준을 9억원에서 12억원으로 상향하겠다고 발표하면서 전용 59㎡는 중도금 대출이 가능할 것으로 보인다. 다만 전용면적 84㎡는 13억원이 넘기 때문에 중도금 대출을 받을 수 없다.
조합은 오는 25일 입주자 모집 공고를 내고 다음 달 5일과 6일 각각 특별분양과 일반분양(1순위)을 진행할 계획이다. 당첨자 발표는 특별공급은 12월 14일, 일반분양은 15일로 예정했다.
