세종지역내 전동 킥보드 안전을 위한 토론회가 열린다.
세종시의회 교육안전위원회는 15일 오후 3시 의회청사 대회의실에서 ‘안전한 전동 킥보드 사용 문화 정착을 위한 토론회’를 개최한다.
토론회에는 이소희 교육안전위원회 위원장의 인사말을 시작으로 김현옥 교육안전위 부위원장이 좌장을 맡는다.
신희철 한국교통연구원 글로벌교육협력센터장이 ‘개인형 이동수단의 이용 활성화 과제’에 대한 발제를 진행한다.
이어 ▲백윤희 세종시교육청 정책기획과장 ▲박준상 세종시청 건설교통국 교통과장 ▲김용식 세종남부경찰서 생활안전과 생활안전계장 ▲정구성 전동킥보드 대표이사 등 유관기관 및 업체를 비롯해 김효숙·안신일 교육안전위원회 위원이 패널로 참석한다.
교육안전위는 이날 토론회를 통해 개인형 이동장치 관련 조례 등 법·제도 미비에 대한 문제 제기와 함께 전동 킥보드 사용 시 인증 절차 미흡과 승차 정원 위반 및 안전의식 부족 등에 대한 전문가 및 유관기관의 의견 청취 후 다양한 해결방안을 모색할 계획이다.
