브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자 = 박정하 국민의힘 수석대변인은 "야당 탄압? 아직도 80년대인 줄 아나?"라며 이재명 더불어민주당 대표를 23일 논평을 통해 강하게 비판했다.
박 수석대변인은 "민주당 의원들은 민주화 투쟁 시절 586 운동권 논리 구조에서 아직 빠져나오지 못하고 허덕이고 있다"며 "며칠 후면 2023년"이라고 지적했다.
앞서 이재명 대표는 자신과 전임 문재인 정부 인사를 향한 검찰 수사를 두고 "전방위적 야당 탄압"이자 "정적 죽이기"라고 이날 주장했다.
박 수석대변인은 "이재명 대표는 수사 대상 피의자일 뿐"이라며 "대통령의 정적? 한 번도 그리 생각해보지 않았다. 대선이 끝난 지 벌써 반년인데, 이재명 대표는 아직 그 시절에서 헤어 나오지 못하고 허덕이고 있다"고 밝혔다. 그는 이어 "시대착오적 발상으로 정신 승리만 이어가고 있다"며 "이젠 가라 검찰! 검찰이 그렇게 두렵나?"라고 적었다.
