[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 지난해 우리 아이 건강 도시락 지원 시범사업을 실시해 학부모들로부터 좋은 호응을 얻었다. 이에 시는 올해 사업비 17억 7천만원(경남도 7%, 도교육청 40%, 창원시 53%)을 확대 편성해, 초등돌봄교실을 이용하는 105개교 3,876명을 대상으로 점심 도시락을 제공하고 있다.
‘우리 아이 건강도시락 지원사업’은 방학 중 중식 도시락 제공으로 지역 농식품 판로 확대와 맞벌이 가구 증가에 따른 학부모 부담 경감 및 양육환경 변화에 따른 사회적 요구를 해소하고자 추진한다.
도시락 공급은 모두 관내 우수업체로 선정해 1월초부터 공급을 해오고 있으며, 업체에 대한 위생상태 및 배송관리와 학교 및 학생들을 대상으로 한 관리운영 점검 결과, 모두 만족할 만한 수준으로 나타났다.
창원시는 점검에서 지적된 사항에 대해 시스템을 보안하고 공급업체에 대한 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 식품 안전사고 예방 및 질 좋은 먹거리 지원에 힘쓸 계획이다.
