진주시, 동·층·호수 등 상세주소 직권 부여

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 도로명주소 활성화를 위해 단독·다가구주택 등을 대상으로 동·층·호수 등 상세주소를 직권 부여하는 제도를 시행한다.

연립주택과는 달리 상세주소가 없는 단독·다가구주택은 우편·택배물이 분실될 우려가 높고 정확한 전달·수취가 곤란해 주소 사용이 불편하다.

이에 진주시는 상세주소가 부여되지 않은 단독·다가구주택 1040개소를 대상으로 건축물대장 평면도와 현장 기초조사를 통해 현황을 파악하고 있다.

시는 현황 파악 후 소유자와 임차인에게 조사결과를 사전 통보해 의견수렴 및 이의신청 등의 절차를 거쳐 상세주소를 직권으로 부여할 계획이다.

진주시 관계자는 “상세주소 직권 부여를 통해 응급상황에서도 정확하고 신속한 응급서비스는 물론 생활 편의를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
